I thought the title of this post was quite appropriate with it being the eve of Christmas Eve, ‘wrapping, wrapping presents, etc’. It’s not the best when you have to explain it. Anyways, before the Christmas festivities get underway, I thought I’d share my year through pictures…

2January

This was the hardest month to find a picture for because nothing really happened. But this did remind me what a cold start to the year we had.

February

I turned 18 this year and it was lovely to spend it with family.

March

Probably one of the highlights of the year, a trip to Dublin! Even better that I got to go with my Mum and Auntie. This is definitely something I’m excited for next year and I already have a trip planned for next March.

April

The month I finished University interviews, but also started a very stressful exam season. It seems like a lifetime ago now.

Throughout exams, the thing that kept me sane was getting out with Alfie.

June

Ahhh I think the whole of the U.K misses this unbelievably long heatwave.

July

Finally finishing A-levels and July was the month I got to see the work I’d done for the past 2 years, presented.

August

The biggest thing to happen to me this year was moving house. It was a crazy change to move so far from where I had lived for 10 years but I’m very grateful I moved with my parents.

I’ve loved having new places to visit with Alfie, even if at first it seemed a bit daunting.

This is exactly my aim for the next week; to be as chilled as Alfie is. I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas.

Lots of Love,
